who we are
Noha Sahyoun
NSSBC was founded in February of 2007 and Noha Sahyoun is the “NS” of NSSBC. For over 20 years, she has delivered passion for planning and process excellence, exacting attention to detail and rigorous management to help her partners and clients achieve their business goals, and profitability.
Whether helping a new company establish its structure, HR policies and financial systems, or fixing an existing company’s malfunctioning processes, Noha and her team enthusiastically embrace the challenge of running a business. She is driven and motivated by the objective of helping NSSBC clients achieve their goals.
Of course, meaningful consultation for a business requires disclosure of the most sensitive information about a company’s operations and finance. During her career, Noha has been the trusted resource for scores of business owners to manage their financials, their staff and their business needs so that they can focus on developing their businesses.
Noha brings a unique perspective to NSSBC as an executive equally skilled in administration and finance. She began NSSBC specifically to contribute expertise and experience in these areas to small businesses in the Los Angeles market and beyond.
Prior to establishing NSSBC, she was chief financial officer and director of HR at a leading public relations and marketing firm in Beverly Hills for seven years. During her tenure profitability grew by 50% and the company increased gross billings by 360%. Prior to that, she served for 10 years as the Administrative and Financial Officer for the Argentine Consulate General in Los Angeles.
A graduate of the University of Saint Joseph in Economics, she is fluent in English, Spanish and French. She is also a masters swimmer, avid skier and loves all forms of word games, from Scrabble to Words With Friends.
